How we handle the information you share when you book a free trial — including for children

Pitch Basketball Academy cares about your trust as much as your child's training. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with the information you share with us.

What we collect

When you book a free trial, we ask for:

  • Your child's name and age
  • Your name as the parent or guardian
  • Your phone number (WhatsApp)
  • Your preferred Pitch centre

That's everything. We do not collect any other information about you or your child from this website.

Why we collect it

One reason only: so a coach from Pitch can call you within 24 hours to confirm the trial slot. If your child enrols afterwards, we use the same contact details to share schedules and term updates as an active parent at the academy.

What we will never do

  • We will never sell your phone number or any other detail.
  • We will never share your information with marketers, advertisers, or other businesses.
  • We will never send you promotional SMS or spam.
  • We will never use your child's information for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose unrelated to coaching.
  • We will never contact you about anything other than your trial or your child's coaching at Pitch.

Who helps us run this

Like every modern website, we depend on a few service providers. They see what they need to do their job, nothing more:

  • Google Sheets — we store trial bookings in a private Sheet that only Pitch staff can access.
  • Resend — sends one email to our staff inbox when you book, so a coach knows to call you.
  • Vercel — hosts this website. Standard server logs include visitor IP addresses, as on every site.

How long we keep it

We keep your trial details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them — unless your child has enrolled, in which case we keep what's needed while they remain a student at Pitch.

Your rights

You can ask us to share, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email us — we'll respond within 30 days, no questions asked.
